AX Consulting
consists of independent firms, which work in close co-operation. The
companies are AX-LVI Consulting Ltd, AX-Processes Ltd and Axovaatio
Ltd. Our main line of business is
technical design and consulting. These three firms together can
produce an extensive service-package from housing to large-scale
industry. Our know-how covers HPAC (heating, piping and
air-conditioning), electrical systems, building automation systems,
district heating and boiler houses, energy consulting, process and
layout engineering, environmental technology and measurements. The
fourth company under AX Consulting is AX-Konsultit Ltd, which
is responsible for common

| development projects, marketing
and office
facilities. We are situated ideally in Tampere in the middle of southern
Finland from where most of the Finns
live within a two-hour drive. The company employs over 60
professionals today. The turnover in 2001 was 4 million euro.

Design and Project Services
Design, preliminary design and
feasibility studies form the main part of our assignments. Small and
medium sized industry and large-scale industry belong to our
clientele. Except industry, our engineering projects include
assignments from commercial, office and public sector. In investment
projects we can also be actively involved in procurement, supervision,
acceptance tests and commissioning. In addition to projects in
Finland, we have served our clients in demanding investment projects
abroad.
