AX Consulting was formed in 1993 and consists of four independent companies, working in close co-operation. Three of these companies, AX-LVI Consulting Ltd, AX-Process Ltd and Axovaatio Ltd, are responsible for our main line of business, i.e. technical design and consulting. The fourth company, AX-Konsultit Ltd, is responsible for shared development projects, marketing and office facilities. In 2003 AX Consulting employed 85 people and our turnover was around € 5 million.

With our practical and technical know-how and broad experience AX Consulting can provide extensive service-packages for a wide range of customers. With active participation and innovative solutions, and by using the appropriate technology, we are able to deliver cost-effective, high quality services to match our customers’ needs, whether it is technical improvements, business development or increase in profitability they require.

AX Consulting is owned by its employees. The company provides a challenging and motivating working environment as part of a team of committed professionals. When recruiting people, by helping them proceed to more and more challenging tasks, we are offering also our new employees a chance to become real experts in the field.

Internal development

At AX Consulting, we are constantly and actively developing new design and working methods to improve quality and efficiency of our services. Closely linked with this is our internal staff training and small group work. Although every customer will naturally get a tailored solution, we have also developed a productised approach to be used as a basis for some of our most common services. To help them with project planning and tender preparation, our experts can exploit our own library with its extensive collection of handbooks, product catalogues etc.

Quality management

We have ISO 9001 certificated quality management system. The strongest emphasis is on systematic project management and continuous training of our staff. We aim to collect feedback from every one of our projects. This feedback enables us to constantly improve our services, not only in terms of technical solutions but also regarding project management and customer relations. We also follow closely the latest news and developments in our area of expertise from around the world. Thus our customers can always benefit from the latest knowledge and newest techniques. Master-apprentice approach is used to train our junior staff members.

Training

"AX University" regularly arranges courses on a wide range of topics, lecturers being either external professionals or members of our own staff. In addition to in-house training, the personnel also attend external courses. Instead of hiding the know-how within the company, we arrange courses for our customers and other stakeholders and give lectures in seminars.
